Bad Experience. My stuff havent arrived and there is no way of contacting anyone to make a report.

Jabodetabek reguler shipment took 4 days. Doesn't make any sense. Customer service didn't reply email/chat promptly or give any solution to the problem. I need to wait 24hrs and send the same message over and over again. Horrible service. Don't use them in any marketplace.

THE WORST LOGISTICS SERVICE EVER MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS STUCK FROM DEC 28 AND STILL INVESTIGATING. I'M WONDERING WHAT KIND OF INVESTIGATION YOU DO WITHOUT ANY RESULT WHEN I FOLLOW UP EVERYDAY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL OF THEM ARE SO BAD. NGL THIS IS THE WORST EXPEDITION EVER!!!!
