Broken navigation and unmonitored app support email. The app doesn't work properly with the OS back button: The app closes instead of going back, and the contact email for the app isn't working either. The rest of the app seems to work great!! "We are no longer monitoring this inbox. In order to provide the best and most timely assistance to all of our customers we ask that your clinic reach out to us by phone."

Update 9/17/26 - Idexx reached out & noted that they fixed the issues with the app. Luckily it opens now and I can see all my results without issues. Glad to have it back! :) Thanks! Previous review - Used to love this app and use it daily for my patients. After upgrading to pixel 11 pro, the app always crashes when I go to click on patients to review their results. This cripples my workflow now. Seems to work fine on my iPad but not on Android. I love Idexx but this leaves me disappointed :(

Worse than ever. The new, "improved" version of the app doesn't even have a search feature. At least the old one could do that. UPDATE: IDEXX listened to their customers and they (finally) got it right. The app is seamless, does everything I want it to do. Easy to share results with pet owners, easy to search. They've always been a great laboratory; looks like the support is finally catching up. Thank you, IDEXX.
