Forcing everything through the app is frustrating. I need to reset password to access the desktop site, but all of the reset links direct into the app. I have fingerprint access turned on, so it only loads that ability. Backing out takes you to the normal log in screen, forcing a loop where you can't reset the password. If you are going to force everything through the app, it can't have these types of basic design flaws.

Can't even use the app. You go to add your policy number, zip code and birth date to verify your identity but the enter button permanently has a loading wheel on it so you cannot progress. I cannot even use the app because I can't get it to enter my credentials. The old app worked fine, yank this garbage and put the old one back.

App won't work at all. Installed, un-installed, reinstalled 3 times. Can't get past the "send notifications" box to even attempt to log in. Very frustrating since it appears to be the only way to use some of the member discount benefits.
