what a fraud app is this one. I am going to travel and when I did a recharge of 1000, it didnt transfer any money for me but the transaction shows successful. I cant reach to any customer people. Now I am stuck with how to travel and pay fasttag completely stupid logic app. can someone tell me how to reach out and whom to reach out?

The IDFC FIRST FASTag App is one of the worst apps I have used. Nothing works properly — I can’t even log in on the app or the website, which makes the service completely useless. There is no proper order tracking, no updates, and no clarity at all. For something as basic as FASTag, this level of poor service is unacceptable. It feels like there is zero testing or quality control behind this app Very much frustrated with overall experience

app is forcing to install idfc bank app which wants permissions not associated in any way to fastag services. Not a idfc bank user. If the fasttag app is being disconnected then will not renew nor use idfc tag. The fastag app is good as a standalone app for whose vehicles came with idfc fastag.
