IDFC FASTag App (Very Poor Experience) My experience with IDFC FIRST Bank FASTag has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The FASTag account was opened successfully and the app showed the tag as active. However, within just a few hours, the tag was suddenly blocked without any notification, alert. There was no SMS, no email, and nothing reflected properly in the app. Imagine reaching a toll naka assuming everything is working fine, and then being told that your FASTag is blocked.

so I am editing this review the app is terrible when you try to open it it flickers like led flashlight many time uninstall and reinstall it but still the same and for no reason they blacklisted my fastag I regret buying this card so 0 out of 5 stars

The app doesn't work at all. When u just input your phone number to login it just keeps on loading forever 😡
