I raised a DISPUTE in the app, and it was Rejected. While my car was parked at home, a TOLL plaza which was two hours away from the physical location of the car, charged toll amount. On raising dispute from the app, it was rejected straight away.. 👎👎

The interface too slow..Even after recharge, it is not reflecting for more than 30 minutes. I am a taxi driver and because of this issue, I lost a customer due to late update. This is not user friendly and need to be corrected soon.

pathetically slow app...not fit for people on the move I could have reached my destination before the recharge got completed, finally after a good 7 minutes I exited the app...CCAvenue as the online payment gateway also added the time and frustration, the payment seem to stop forever on its Merchant redirection page😐
