Honestly, this app is super frustrating. If you don’t use it for just 2 days, it says your session has expired. The OTP timer is set to 60 seconds, but the OTP actually shows up after 10 minutes! That makes the whole login process a nightmare. None of the features respond on time, and it just makes users panic. Overall, my experience with this app has been really bad.

One of the worst customer support team for a bank run business. They keep repeating the same thing over and over again. Use a little sense while talking to customers. Best part is even after sharing all the details and agreeing to be charged they give an excuse saying we have a tech glitch which never gets fixed. CS closed the complaint ticket without a resolution and then ask for a feedback. Its throwback time to change...

After the latest update shows error - System VPN detected and not launching only. Just giving Relaunch and Exit. Cannot rollback previous version as well. Showing the error after reinstalling as well. When I clicked on details found, Java.lang.RunTimeException: unable to pause the activity (com.idfc.etoll......)..........it long exception in your application. Please fix it, I am not able use your app to do anything further.
