Ratings and reviews

Your old app is deprecated, and the new app requires permissions to access my contacts, phone calls, and other sensitive data. As a FASTag service provider, I don't see why these permissions are necessary, and I'm not comfortable granting them. Is there an alternative way to use your service without these permissions? Otherwise, I may consider closing my FASTag account and switching to another provider.

After the latest update shows error - System VPN detected and not launching only. Just giving Relaunch and Exit. Cannot rollback previous version as well. Showing the error after reinstalling as well. When I clicked on details found, Java.lang.RunTimeException: unable to pause the activity (com.idfc.etoll......)..........it long exception in your application. Please fix it, I am not able use your app to do anything further.

all these days it was working and suddenly it says your phone is not compatible with this app...very funny...if it doesn't open again I will be forced to change my fast tag I would like to remove the single star that I have given ...as no action is taken wrt the issue that was raised. Also the customer care person said it was not their problem and it was the problem with me and my phone...very funny...if you don't resolve this quickly I will be forced to migrate to some other fastag...
