Full of bugs, its impossible to download documets after working hours! its impossible to see the policy details, it was not sent to me by mail, the web site forces me to install the app to see further details but the app is useless. i hope i wont get sick at night...

Renewed household and earthquake insurance. Did not receive policy by mail. After complaining, received policy without earthquake clause. Received new policy with increase in tariffs. Asked to pay in 1 payment instead they dividend the payment into 12 payments. To summit my experience, they will not get my business next year.

I like this app a lot more than my previous car insurance app
