Booking system

The application supports a comprehensive booking system that covers multiple service categories. Users can request standard rides, schedule trips in advance, book parcel delivery, arrange freight transport, and reserve packages for delivery. The booking interface allows users to select from various ride packages based on vehicle type and specific requirements. Each booking generates a request that is transmitted to available drivers in the vicinity.

Rental vehicle services

The rental vehicle module enables users to book vehicles for specific durations. The application displays vehicle details, including specifications and availability. Users can view rental terms and complete bookings through the same interface. Rental options accommodate both short-term and extended usage periods.

Bidding mechanism

The platform includes a bidding feature for service requests. Users can post booking requests, and drivers can review these requests and submit bids. Drivers have the option to accept or reject incoming bids based on their availability and preferences. This mechanism introduces flexibility into the pricing and selection process, allowing users to receive competitive offers for their transportation and logistics needs.




Wallet and payment processing

Secure payment processing is supported through multiple payment gateways. The integrated wallet system allows users to add funds to their account, maintain balances, and complete transactions without repeatedly entering payment details. Users can view their wallet balance, add money through supported gateways, and use the wallet balance to pay for bookings.




Booking management

Users have access to a centralized booking management interface. This interface displays current active trips, scheduled rides, and past booking history. Users can view details of each booking, including the driver’s information, vehicle type, fare breakdown, and trip route. The “Back to Active Ride Swiper” feature allows users to quickly return to an active trip from other sections of the application.

Scheduling and reservations

Users can schedule rides for a future date and time. The scheduling function allows users to plan trips in advance, ensuring availability at the desired time. Scheduled bookings are managed through the booking management interface.






Drivers view incoming ride requests through the ride request interface. Each request displays user details, pickup location, dropoff location, and estimated fare. Drivers can accept or reject requests based on their capacity and preferences. Once accepted, the booking moves to the active trip stage. Drivers can manage all active and completed bookings through the booking management section.


Additional utility features

Users can save frequently used locations for quick entry during booking. Driver details, including name, rating, vehicle information, and contact options, are displayed before trip confirmation. Ratings can be submitted by users and drivers upon trip completion. Payment is processed through the integrated payment gateway, with support for wallet payments, credit cards, and other configured methods.

Package booking

The package booking feature allows users to send items through verified drivers. This service operates alongside parcel and freight bookings, accommodating different package sizes and delivery requirements.
