Ratings and reviews

Can't upgrade unless you get certain awards which is completely out of the players control. It should be based on something that the player can do. How am I supposed to get Silver in 4 categories when I don't even know how to get votes. And level up doesn't count even after using gems to level up the machines. There should be instructions for all this, but there aren't. And now I can't upgrade until my casino is leveled up and can't level up until I get awards which I can't get until I upgrade.

Not sure if they got hacked or what but now nothing is working and all text has changed to another language and I can no longer use the app, but when I did it was OK not great not too bad but definitely had some issues where they would trick you into clicking ads in order to get things so that was scummy and my progress would often reset often, sometimes by a whole day other times maybe 2 or 4 hours worth, it ranged and so I lost interest

Can't progress w/o Paying. You reach certain benchmarks where the only way to upgrade and progress in the game is by paying real money you can't earn in game. Can have everything in the whole casino maxed out quickly and then just get stuck without the ability to play more even if you wanted to and had time. Bad design plain and simple.
