As an international fan trying to support my idols l find this app a little difficult/confusing to use. I would like to request that you make it more inclusive to fans around the world and provide a feature to change the language setting. Your understanding would be greatly appreciated.

Since it's an app for fans of idols, then you should know that k-pop industry fans are no more only korean. So can you kindly provide an English version of this app? Or can you provide proper option to change in English to get good translation than stupid google translation? It's tough for international fans like me to support through this app where I don't even know what to do. I already made an acc on chrome coz I can't use app at all. But that acc also doesn't work anymore. Just help me ok.

Takes centuries to open. And there's no English translations when K-pop have gone international, so this app is not only for Koreans, it should include English translation. I have been trying to register but I can't because I don't understand Hangul . If it's possible I would give it zero star
