[User Guide]

You can use various services related to contract confirmation, insurance premium payment, loans, and compensation for insurance subscribed to DB Insurance more conveniently through the mobile app.

[Possible tasks]

1. Contract management
- Contract inquiry, contract conclusion management
- Transfer account registration/change, customer information change, short-term driver expansion, driver scope/age special contract change
- Insurance premium payment
- Inquiry/application for mid-term withdrawal, inquiry/application for refund
- Certificate issuance

2. Loan
- Insurance contract loan application/repayment, interest payment account change, loan remittance account application/change, loan status inquiry
- Credit loan application/repayment, loan status inquiry
- Real estate collateral loan repayment, loan status inquiry

3. Compensation
- Insurance claim reception, insurance claim document loan, compensation processing history inquiry, insurance claim required documents guidance
- Car breakdown dispatch request

4. Insurance products
- Self-simple coverage analysis, car insurance, driver insurance, health/child insurance, pension/savings insurance, fire/disaster/pet insurance, travel insurance, etc.

5. Service
- Find branch/service network, guide to using visible ARS, chatbot service guide, mobile insurance securities service, find my PA/compensation agent, events, etc.

6. Authentication Center

- Register/change/delete public certificate, register/change biometric authentication (Financial Settlement Service FIDO-based fingerprint recognition service)

[Visible ARS Use Consent and Permission Guide]

For the visible ARS service provided by Colgate, your consent to use your information and consent to access permissions are required.

If you do not want the service after consenting, please contact the customer center (080-135-1136).

Purpose of provision: Visible ARS service
Information provided: Mobile phone number, app push ID
Recipient: Colgate Inc.
Use period of information provided by recipient: Until consent is withdrawn

[Access rights]
- Read phone number
- Read mobile phone status and ID
- Display over other apps

The collected mobile phone number is used only for user identification to provide visible ARS service. If you do not wish to use it, select the reject button and your consent will be processed.

The app can be used normally even if you do not agree to the service provision.

If you agree to use it, you will be taken to the settings screen for allowing necessary permissions and permission to display over other apps.

How to change permission settings for display over other apps

Device settings > Applications > DB Insurance > Display over other apps > Allow permission On/Off

[Collect installed app list]
The DB Insurance app collects/uses/shares information on installed apps on smartphone devices to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents such as voice phishing and malicious apps. (Restrict app use when detecting apps requiring attention)

* DB Insurance app does not collect sensitive information that may infringe on the privacy of customers in principle, and when necessary, collects it with separate consent from the customer and uses it only for the purpose of consent.

I was wasted of my time and 1G byte at this app. It doesn't work really... plz fixed it. and very slow. by the way my phone is galaxy note 9.

반응 속도가 형편없이 느림. 너무 느려서 하단 내비게이션 바가 먹통이 됨(보상버튼 안 눌림).

보안취약 어쩌고 저쩌고 하면서 앱이 종료됩니다. 어떻게 하면 되지요?
