My payment of INR 19200 got deducted, and I do not get anything after that. I got a blank screen with an error written on top. No receipt or invitation for the exam is in my email either. They don't even have a help section. I don't know what to do...

They're copy pasting replies here without reading even. My comment was "In one test, I scored 8.5 in the Speaking section, and in the next, I got 6.5. I won't comment on the different backgrounds of the invigilators, but such a large difference raises questions about the consistency of the assessment before it raises questions about the candidate's performance." What they respond was to write them an email with screenshots for the issue with the app 😒

This app doesn't get log while signing what may be the problem of it, i have attempt many times to login and sign in but always git stuck at " set your account page" what may be the problem and the next button is also not working. How to fix that problem.
