This app is fully integrated with the IDS Astra dealer management system and works on all devices running Android version 7 or later.

I have never seen an app so consistently broken. Removing the efficiency tab and replaced it with a parts tab that is unusable. Can no longer check the time remaining on a job. 5-10 notifications about expiring times on a job even when it's only a 6 minute total job.

This all needs done serious work. It's a great idea but we have nothing but problems. And now the latest update i can't even see what for hours i have billed to be able to keep track of anything. I'm not saying my company is shady but accidents have andi want to know as a flat rate tech what i am supposed to have.

For the love of God, will y'all please fix this app. Costing valuable time and money being a flat rate technician when every single time you pick it up and take a picture or flag a job or punch on something it is crashed again with no connection. Have to either close the app open it back login again then research my work orders to find where I was at or have to disconnect the Wi-Fi and then reconnect it and then refresh it and then start over. Spend more time getting app to work than working.
