About this app

IDShield is a security and identity-verification portal for venue and club
security guards. It helps door staff quickly verify patron identity, control
entry, and keep an accurate, auditable record of who enters the premises.

Sign in with your guard account to access everything in one place:

• ID & QR Scanning — Scan a patron's QR code, or capture a photo of their ID
card. On-device OCR reads the name, date of birth, gender, ID number and
expiry automatically.

• Face Capture & Entry Verification — Capture the patron's photo and review the
details on a single verification card before allowing entry.

• Manual Entry Fallback — If a QR can't be read, capture the ID and the details
can be confirmed or typed in, so entry is never blocked.

• Live Dashboard — See today's entries, active bans and pending ban requests at
a glance, plus a real-time Entry/Exit occupancy counter for how many patrons
are currently inside.

• Ban & Warning Management — Raise ban requests and warnings with photos,
evidence, reason and club/state details, and view the list of banned users.

• Entry & Inspection Logs — Browse a dated log of every patron who entered, and
record official/inspection visits to the venue.
