For contractors, Bosch EasyAir acts as a installer toolkit that simplifies product registration, installation, and troubleshooting. Homeowners can monitor their energy usage, access technical support, and view product and warranty information through the app.

As much money as I spent on my heat pump system, I expected the app controlling it to at least be usable. Considering how large and successful Bosch is internationally, this app is abysmal. It crashes constantly and is not user-friendly. The experience with both the app and thermostat honestly gives me pause in recommending a Bosch heat pump system, even though the unit itself works very well. There’s no excuse for such a poor-functioning app.

My 3rd winter with BCC-100. No C-wire on my steam boiler, the power by micro-USB feature sold me. On that, give them 5-stars. For the rest, it works as a T-stat but smartness is seriously lacking. The APP loses connectivity and does not always sync. Changing schedule in the app it crashes, changing schedule on the T-stat may not sync back to app. The only data is total hours run daily. Hourly run-time and temp would be nice. They perfected 2-wire power solution, missed on the smart.

This app is not useable. The temperatures that you select within the schedule are random. Sometimes you can select temperatures below 77, sometimes you can't. Sometimes you can select numbers over 71, sometimes you can't. No way to set up a useable schedule. Now I can't go back to the old app, which was also a 1 star but at least I could set a schedule.
