Ratings and reviews

I had some issues with this app in the past and it turns out the app just needed to be reinstalled. It wouldn't keep track of any history and the only thing I could do with it was place and receive calls, and send SMS messages, but because the history never showed up, I couldn't look at call logs nor received messages. Reinstalling the app corrected that, and now it seems to work fine. Still can't back out of the app using the back button, but that's a minor nit.

the app on the phone is impossible to use. drop calls all the time. if you don't have the app open when talking, the other end can't hear you even though you can hear them. doesn't support videos in text. can't do a group text. overall it was one of the worst recommendations to go with this service. I'm switching to Google voice but have to wait 3 weeks for a port out. torture

Two stars is generous. When it works the app is decent but it barely ever works. Issues include: The app has to stay open in your phone in order to work. Makes me login constantly and almost everytime doesn't recognize my login so I have to create a new PW. Caller ID only shows numbers, no names, even from coworkers extensions. Freezes. Won't let me answer or sometimes won't let me hang up. And I have to close the app to get out of it. Delays in ringing and voice. Dropped calls. I could go in...
