I used to be able to answer incoming calls forwarded from my office perhaps 20% of the time but for several months I can never answer it. Afterwards it shows no activity or incoming calls even when the caller leaves a voice message and the Net2Phone software forwards it as an email attachment. The app is worse than worthless because the call rings through and keeps ringing. I have a Samsung S22+ with all the updates and I have updated the app all without solving the issue.

This app has phantom rings that come through, or the rings will freeze the phone. Sometimes it works perfectly fine, otherwise, it's a serious pain. In addition, if the screen automatically locks, you won't be able to talk or hear the other person. Definitely needs a lot of improvement.

It allows you to place and receive calls, and that's about where it ends. The app is unable to access your history apparently, which includes showing previous calls and SMS messages (even new ones!). You can send SMS but can't receive them. You also can't close the app; you have to minimize or go to all open apps and swipe closed from there. So the app somewhat works. And based on review history, it appears to have only ever somewhat worked
