Absolutely useless application. I set the master key, opened the app, and saw files, pictures, but no instructions. No controls to navigate, nothing works, empty directories, what is the purpose of this app???

Hello there. IDZ is a privacy-first cloud and encrypted chat. After creating your Master Key, you’ll need to add your own content: Use Add/Upload to import files or create folders. Open ZChat to start a private, end-to-end encrypted conversation. If you are having any issues, feel free to contact us at support@idz.com.

When creating an account you have to save the master key, makes sense, but trying to login with master key (because it is first device) it fails, and prompts me to set a pin again. Does not work.

Thanks for the feedback. This is an expected behaviour (it is not failing when it asks for new PIN). The Master Key is for emergency recovery, not day-to-day sign-in. When you use it, you’ll be prompted to set a new device PIN. Once it is set, please sign in with ID + PIN. Still stuck? Please do let us know here or by email: feedback@idz.com.

Hi Aaron, it looks like you’re on a Galaxy Z Fold4 running Android 16 (beta). We currently support official Android releases; beta builds can be unstable. Please try the latest stable Android build. If it still crashes, email us on support@idz.com with steps, and we will get it fixed.
