2019: Was great. Update forced reregistration, which was frustrating. Now keeps losing my details and can't complete registration. App has been rendered useless. PS Vanquis, please do not tell me I can use the website. If I wanted to go to all that hassle I wouldn't have the app, would I? Also you are not doing your best to resolve this quickly as you have said to other users. 2025: you have done it again. Unregistered me with no warning.

This version appears to be better than the new app system which many users are reporting as functionally useless, making it difficult to pay your bill, log in, etc. It also requires facial ID to register which I refuse to use. I will go back to paper statements and telephone/direct online banking payments in the meantime until Vanquis sorts out this mess.

Great app, easy to use & helps to stay on top of knowing what you owe & paying it off whenever you want to. UPDATE 08/04/2026: I haven't been able to access this app for almost if not over a year, a troubleshoot page comes up with: "Reference 01 We can see you have had difficulty trying to use the Vanquis Bank App." I have only seen today that there is another/new app which is working perfectly, I just entered my email address, verified on the same device & it has transferred everything over!
