Soon as did update it no longer comes up with the payment page, i was under my limit then next day i went on to try again they put me £50 over my limit so instead of my normal £20 a month payment it went to £92.. for someone who does not earn much that is alot to find in 3 weeks... im not happy.. i am going to pay it off and get rid
Cannot even log on The recent update has made that I can not even log into the Application. It keeps coming up with "We are unable to access your account". Its worked fine in the past but I cannot even log on to make a payment. Good job the website on my phone works fine. Sort it out please.
Useless NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!! States one amount due for minimum payment then they go in for more than stated. Charges from the bank and the card because they can't get it right. Is it just so they can get more money from the charges they hit you with. Financial ombudsman is my next stop!!!!! Thieves!!
Can't log in Complete waste of time trying OVER AND OVER AGAIN to log in and repeatedly told unable to log in at this time!! Apps for my other cards work without problems so can't be that difficult.....SORT IT OUT GUYS!!!
New account and it doesn't even recognise my account. All activated by a human when I contacted main phone number. Nothing wrong with my account but so far crap app! I also have cap one account and none of this trouble.
Pile of crap Like a lot of people are saying often it does not load the make a payment screen at all, Sometimes it's the transactions screen so you aren't able to see what's going on and other times it just straight up fails at the login screen. Yesterday I got a charge on my card that took me over the limit so I went straight to my app and paid it off, today it is still showing me as over the limit. I think I will stop using this card and just pay them off. I wouldn't recommend becoming a Vanquis customer.
