Update: Recently I have been unable to make a payment on this app, a blank white screen shows up when I click make a payment... Not the app is pretty much pointless. Much improvement over the past year, new looks is good with better UI. Its getting there, now they just need to sort out the customer services but that's unrelated to the App.
Ok so fresh review since the change new look like it. Finger print check bit odd and not fast at all.main page and payment section is good but ur transaction page ive been with ur company for more than 12 months but it makes me wonder have i ever done any transaction with vanquis cause it tells me u will see it if u make a transaction it makes me wonder does the transaction part comes from a parallel universe where i never had a vanquis card.. Mind blowing right... Ok ok joke part is over can u please fix it and add a part where u borderline stuff when the next month begins so i can buy stuff and calculate how much i have remaining to pay u this month.. Thanks
Just had my card delivered and trying to set up my app. Won't let me do anything just constantly transfers me to a trouble shooting page. Clearly need to scrap and start from scratch with all the bad reviews!
I am not very good with modern technology and things that are too advanced so this is why I like this app. It is simple to use, gives me all the information I need and makes it easy to keep track of my account activities. No freezing or any other problems since using it.
Great app, lets you see balance and make payments. Only thing is where you are typing in numbers you cant actually see the complete numbers heightwise so have to use guess work really. Not sure if its just my phone. Samsung S8+
Update! works fine for now. Thanks for having an useless app. Worked the first time when I got the card and activated the app, after that asked me to activate once again and keeps sending me on adding the card number. Totally useless, you can't get it activated.
