I logged into my online account so the app made me fully sign in again which I did three times and still can't use it. Also having to scroll ALL the way back from 1998 to get to 1969 is ridiculous. Not happy with new app at all
Rubbish. No my phone isn't rooted. No I'm not using a non standard keyboard etc etc. Emailed customer support they were equally useless. Old app worked great ...grrrrr
New update doesn't work. Take forever to login if it ever logs in. Old version worked fine. Old adage if it ain't broke don't fix it. Whoever wrote the code for update has really messed it up, thanks.
Not a good start to the new app as the new version won't work on the android o (dp3) where as the previous version worked without issue. Seems like a step backward rather than forward and all to make the app look 'pretty'.
It was working well till the last update. Barclays app works well, im using Google Keyboard. Sorry guys but I'm so mad. I will change my rating after I'll be able to log in again.
Much improvement over the past year, new looks is good with better UI. Its getting there, now they just need to sort out the customer services but that's unrelated to the App.
