Shared Ledger gives co-parents one calm, private place to record child-related expenses and agree on what happened. Add an expense or refund, choose the split, attach optional evidence, and let the other parent confirm it or ask for more information. Every revision keeps its reason and history, so corrections do not erase the audit trail.

Review confirmed and pending balances separately, create monthly settlements, record partial repayments, and export PDF or CSV reports. Receipt and payment-image recognition runs on the phone; recognized fields remain editable before saving. Evidence is optional, encrypted before upload, and shared only with people who have access to the ledger.
