1. Register your desired room search conditions, and we'll deliver recommended rental property information to you via the app.

2. You can easily ask questions and consult with room search professionals via chat about anything you're concerned about. (Available until 8 PM, except Wednesdays!)

3. Once you find a room you're interested in, book a date to go for a viewing! (Online viewings and video consultations are also available!)

4. Viewings are conducted on-site! Meet with an ietty sales representative in front of the property for a viewing without having to go to a branch office! 5. After viewing the property, you can apply for the room with a brokerage fee of 0.5 months' rent or more.
