Our [Video Consultation and Proposal Service] allows room-finding professionals to listen to your needs and propose rooms in real time. You might even find properties not listed on rental property search sites!

1. Register your desired conditions for finding an apartment, and we will deliver information on recommended rental properties on the app.
2. You can easily ask questions and consult with apartment search professionals via chat about anything you're concerned about. (Available until 8 PM, except Wednesdays!)
3. Once you find an apartment you're interested in, book a date to visit! (Online viewings and video consultations are also available!)
4. Meeting at the property! You can meet an ietty sales representative in front of the property for a viewing without having to go to the office!
5. After the viewing, you can apply for the apartment with up to 50% off the brokerage fee and rent.
