For the past few weeks, I have been completely unable to use this app due to a persistent technical glitch. Every time I attempt to sign in, the app blocks me with an error message stating "location access is required to proceed." The problem is that my device's location permission is already set to "Allow all the time." Even with maximum permissions granted.

I've been unable to log in to the IPPB app for the past 25 days. The OTP is received, but the app neither auto-reads it nor allows me to enter it manually. I've tried all possible troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the app, updating it, clearing the cache, and checking permissions. I have also spoken with your customer care executive, but unfortunately, no solution has been provided. The issue still persists. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

i find lot of inconvenience i don't even get OPT for the transaction which is very frustrated when it's for an important work and other people also can't even send me money through my phone number if it's not scanner and that is same with me i can't send money to someone if it is not their scanner. Please fixed it as soon as possible i have lot of things to pay off
