This is a very bad and unreliable banking app. I have been trying to transfer money since yesterday, but every transaction keeps failing. The OTP either comes very late or expires before it arrives, and sometimes it doesn’t come at all. When it does, the app shows a server error. The app is extremely slow, full of bugs, and fails to perform even basic banking tasks. Because of this poor performance, my money is stuck in the app and I am really frustrated.

My IPPB account has been frozen without any proper reason or prior notice. I am unable to use my own money. Customer support is very poor and no clear guidance is given through the app. Visiting the post office again and again is very frustrating. This bank causes unnecessary trouble to customers. Very disappointing service.

back button doesn't work on location request screen. if location is not available, app should ask and go to Settings to enable it. I have to use Home button to exit to enable location and come back again. very poor development of the app, I feel. very poor. it's useless to enter into email correspondence. really muddy, I have real experience in another situation. don't ask me for email.
