"I opened a digital savings account through the IPPB mobile app yesterday and successfully added funds to it. However, I am now unable to perform any transactions as my account shows a 'Debit Freeze/Total Freeze' status. It is extremely frustrating that the bank allows depositing money but freezes the account immediately without any prior warning, leaving me unable to access my own funds in an emergency. I want this issue resolved immediately so I can access my money,very bad experience.

I am not receiving the OTP for transactions, which is very frustrating. I’ve had a very bad experience with this app. Even when a transaction fails, the amount still gets deducted. The maximum transfer limit of ₹20,000 is too low and should be increased. Additionally, when I try to view transaction details, I encounter JSON errors and the app becomes completely unresponsive for the entire day. There should also be an option to withdraw money at any time.

Very poor experience with IPPB mobile banking app. The app is completely unreliable. I am unable to log in for several days and it keeps showing "Try again after 24 hours," but the issue is never resolved. This is extremely frustrating. Customer support is also not helpful. Calls are either not answered or no proper solution is provided. Due to this, I am unable to access my account and basic services like checking debit card details.
