This is a very bad and unreliable banking app. I have been trying to transfer money since yesterday, but every transaction keeps failing. The OTP either comes very late or expires before it arrives, and sometimes it doesn’t come at all. When it does, the app shows a server error. The app is extremely slow, full of bugs, and fails to perform even basic banking tasks. Because of this poor performance, my money is stuck in the app and I am really frustrated.

In the beginning it was good , but faced few problems during transportation. The main issue is their response towards customers, they take days to resolve any issue and if you write a mail will get a reply in a few hours but the thing is it's an auto reply mail . I complained about an issue and it is still not resolved.

I am facing an issue with the document upload feature in the IPPB app. The upload option does not work properly. It only shows the Gallery and Camera options, but even after selecting a document or image, the upload does not proceed successfully. I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists. This functionality is important for completing services smoothly, so I request the development team to kindly look into this issue and fix it at the earliest. Overall, the app has good potential
