I recently downloaded the app hoping for an easy solution to operate multiple accounts but this has turned into a nightmare. Although I was able to open a digi smart account, the next steps are frustrating. I am unable to add funds to the account, as it doesn't allow me to move forward. the page keeps buffeing, a upi id has been generated but it shows invalid when I try to add payment through another payment source....highly frustrating. and the worst part.... don't know whom to contact

back button doesn't work at location requested screen. if location is not available the app should close itself. I have to use Home button to exit to enable location and come back again. very poor development, I feel. in "pay contact", search wasn't proper. name wasn't shown, because of a full stop after the name. is there any way I can raise a complaint of general nature, about the app?

IPPB’s UPI and fund transfer services are unreliable. Payments fail, transfers take 12+ hours, and there are multiple hidden fees. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient, would not recommend unless IPPB resolves these issues. The only reason I rated this 2 stars instead of 1 is due to their appealing Recurring Deposit and other investment schemes.
