IPPB is a very essential app. However Indian post don't seem to fix any bug or develop the app in a better way. When I installed the app, I saw the option to open new digital savings account is not showing. I tweeted to ippb and Indian posts. Then they said to mail. I mailed them with screenshots. Well, nothing done except an automated email. It's been 2 days. No solutions whatsoever. Wish they had a 0 star.

IPPB Mobile banking app is not working for the past three months. I could not able to enter OTP at the end while registering. Keypad is not at all enabled for entering OTP. I do not know why the fix is not yet provided or there is no upgraded version of app as well not yet released. Can someone help on this issues.

When I try to open the app, it is showing to enable the device location. Even after enabling the device location I'm unable to login into the app. I'm really disappointed with this app. I'm unable to see my account balance with this app. Really really disappointed. Please try to remove those errors ASAP.
