Provide your basic details and submit
Convert to Regular Savings Account within a year for additional benefits

First of all, the app user experience is worst ever I've seen in any app. Secondly, I opened up a digital savings account in IPPB and I'm not able to send money anywhere by any medium. It has became like a one way road, i can only send money into this account but not get it out of there. I used all the options available to send money, be it UPI, Bank Transfer, etc etc. Nothing worked. For using any external UPI apps for transactions, a debit card is required which too IPPB asks INR 25 to get.

I had to re-register my details after updating the App. This happens with every update. After an update my login should be seamless and I shouldn't be asked for all my details. With the latest update, I am unable to enter the OTP. I receive the OTP but the keypad doesn't come up to enter the OTP. Very poor user experience.. After an update, instead of re-registering, why can't the App authenticate the user with just the mobile number? Do not force the user to enable the permission to read SMS.

Hi All, I would like share my knowledge on this OTP issue in IPPB new update. If the keypad is not enable to enter the recieved OTP & auto capture is also not working. Then my suggestion is please download the app "message from Google" in play store and try. It will work if still persist the same issue give permission in settings to autofill by Google messages.
