very poor service by branch, delayed action when it comes to new customer they are very fast in action but for existing customers they don't care and bother at all

Dear Support Team, I'd like to share some FB about the app. The Payments and Transactions section needs further improvement. transactions don't appear immediately, take 3,4days to appear.it difficult to track payments. If the app could display transactions in a clear and transparent manner on the main screen. Important details such as the total Total amount,paid amount, remaining balance, should be visible and updated promptly.you will consider improving future updates to enhance user experience

This bank is a debt trap. They make it nearly impossible to pre-close your loan, effectively forcing you to pay high interest for the full tenure. Even a simple document request takes an unacceptable 20 days. They charge exorbitant processing fees and force you into "additional insurance" products that you don’t need. It’s a nightmare to get any support. Save your money and your peace of mind—stay away from this lender. #ConsumerAlert #BadBanking #BankingOmbudsman
