This bank is a debt trap. They make it nearly impossible to pre-close your loan, effectively forcing you to pay high interest for the full tenure. Even a simple document request takes an unacceptable 20 days. They charge exorbitant processing fees and force you into "additional insurance" products that you don’t need. It’s a nightmare to get any support. Save your money and your peace of mind—stay away from this lender. #ConsumerAlert #BadBanking #BankingOmbudsman

I have never seen such a useless app. I paid my EMI a week ago, still it’s not updated. This month the principal shows ZERO and full amount as interest! When I asked the bank, they said it can take up to 45 days to update. what nonsense! If I must call the bank every time, what’s the point of this app? Fix this pathetic system immediately or stop misleading customers with wrong info.

The system is very slow. Simple tasks take 6–7 days instead of 1 day. Response is poor with no proper follow-up. Tele-calling lacks freshness and the same queries are repeated. Overall, the process is time-consuming and stressful. Customer coordination and execution need serious improvement.
