Unable to login the app since 5 months. When I checked with the bank, they asked me to change my phone's time settings from automatic to manual. But no luck. If there's any issue with the app then it is the responsibility of the owner of the app to make changes at their end. It is ridiculous to ask customer to adjust the phone settings for the issue in the app.

One thing makes me irritated in this app is requesting for seeing outstanding balance. Please make changes that always show outstanding amount. The app is very helpful to track the loan and for other services.

I visited their office for date change request of my emi. They denied and said we don't have option about it and we can't do it. I am really surprised, homefirst is a growing finance company. They have thousand of customer and they don't have such small facility. This is shameless things,all other finance service and bank has this facility available. For homefirst it's really bad.
