Ratings and reviews

The app works well overall as a banking platform, but the password policy needs improvement. Requiring users to change their TPIN and MPIN every 30 or 90 days (not sure which) is inconvenient. It's hard to remember new PINs each time, especially since previously used PINs can't be reused. While security is important, this approach feels overly strict and user-unfriendly. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience in future updates.

The app is working very very slow. It doesn't useful for the morning payment for the milk purchase every day. Since it is not open I couldn't make transaction. I couldn't make transaction using scan and pay option. Frequently it requires the registration. Please check them.Whenever I opened the app it shows repeatedly the options close and wait. I couldn't use the app. this is the worst app.

The fonts are very small, and dark mode is not given. The new app IndSmart is worst. it takes 10 minutes to open in net banking. The Tax payment to Income Tax Department is not possible. While paying advance tax from efilling site of Income Tax Department site, can't get redirected to Indian bank site , tried several times and waited for 15 minutes + each time, but couldn't pay Tax . how to contact customer care ? as contact numbers given on Internet are not working. Really very bad experience.
