Ratings and reviews

The app works well overall as a banking platform, but the password policy needs improvement. Requiring users to change their TPIN and MPIN every 30 or 90 days (not sure which) is inconvenient. It's hard to remember new PINs each time, especially since previously used PINs can't be reused. While security is important, this approach feels overly strict and user-unfriendly. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience in future updates.

I am trying to change my TPIN since a long time through the app by "debit card" authentication but when I am trying to enter my debit card number, it is not visible (except for the first digit) and when I click on "continue", it is always showing as "Something went wrong, please try again later" P.S: I raised a service request for which that ticket was closed & I am unable to even open that ticket and view the solution 🤦‍♀️ It is simply showing as "Something went wrong, please try again later"

the worst mobile app even after all these years. My account is more than 10 years old and sadly the app is still bad. App crashing out frequently and being outside india, registering to the bank app again and again is costly. on top of that their netbanking also logout the customers and won't let us access the account. After all this, the local branch isn't responding to mail. seriously considering to close the account.
