The app is poorly optimized. When paying with my credit card, it would be nice to have the option to just choose what you owe, or have what you owe written on the page where you pay instead of needing to remember what you owe, or write it down on paper since the whole idea of this pay online thing is to become paperless. It definitely feels like a government app, sluggish, slow, emulating intuitiveness while being janky and clunky.

For all of the profits you generate, one would assume you could afford to create a better app and user interface. It is way too busy for an app, even the login page has too much on it. Although the worst part of how unfriendly this app is, is that the login does not even work. You have to always manually add in your login cause your app always blows up when the auto generated info is entered lol Get it together. The only app I know that I prefer using the desktop version and it's 2022! lol

I agree with the other reviews about the poor app experience. Think back to the early 2000 webpage experience and that's what this app is like. The login on the app does not work... Keeps on trying without going anywhere. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the outage reporting and mapping on the app (which does not require you to log into the app) is effective when needed.
