About this app

The Green Mountain Power app gives our customers all the tools and information needed to manage their account. Take care of essential tasks like making a payment or reporting an outage in just a few taps. View your current balance, outages affecting you, usage, generation, and more.

GMP customers can sign in using their My Account username and password. GMP customers that don’t already have a My Account login can register in the app.

- See average temperature and sun conditions for each day and hour

- Manage your service account and profile settings
- Set a nickname and photo for your service account
- Switch to ebilling
- Update phone numbers and address

Ratings and reviews

Very nice to be able to pay thru the app. I will give it a 5 star when they allows multiple payments for people on a tight budget. I break the payments into 2 payments and the app randomly tells me I have exceeded number of payments in one month. I would be glad to be charged a one dollar fee to make the extra payments when needed.

Usually smooth and easy. If you need to get outage updates in an area with really minimal cell service, it can be impossible to load. If there were an improvement to be made it would be for the option to click "minimal/text only info" during those moments. Otherwise, it's awesome. Easy to report a problem, easy to see if there's an update, easy to see your usage, easy to pay your bill.

This app is so much easier to use than it is to pay your light bill over a phone call or even going to the bank. Plus I could check my payments that I have made in the past, look how much usage we have gone up or down, and make a report of outages. Oh yeah and you can even setup a payment plan if need be. And I also can send Green Mountain Power emails threw this app.

What’s new

- Improved Usage charts to better match the website with temperature overlays, clearer labels, more complete data layers, and better tooltip behavior.
- Fixed Usage graph state so selections behave more predictably when switching tabs, changing dates, drilling into charts, or reopening the app.
- Updated Usage views to better handle time-of-use data and negative values, including hiding unsupported consumed-layer data when TOU values are present.
