Doesn't allow biometric login beyond some small amount of time. I imagine that if you haven't used the app for 31 days (maybe less), it won't let you sign in using your fingerprint. The problem is, I can never remember the password because they don't allow certain special characters that I always use on most other sites. Also, a for a power company to expect that a user must log on at least every 30 days in order to allow biometric, that is completely unrealistic. Even banking apps don't do that

My login and password work when I go to the website but it would not work in app. When I clicked forgot password it emailed me a link my browser indicated was a fraudulent website. When I continued past the error it came to an error 404 site. When I then went to the browser to reset my password it emailed me from the same email but a diffrent link. But app still wouldn't accept the password change. Even did a copy and paste to make sure I wasn't mistyping. Would be nice if the app let u in.

I dread using this app. I may as well just pull out my laptop every single time. There's no point in setting up biometrics on this app. No matter how many times you set it up, it won't accept your biometrics. It'll make you login again as if it's your first time. EVERY TIME!
