It's ok My only complaint is the way adding an expiration date to the credit card information works. It would be easier if a person was allowed to type it in, rather than having to scroll through your whole calendar one month ago a time. Also on a personal note. Having to pay a fee in order to pay a bill is BS. But that's my personal grudge against RMP
Errors galore! And I'm supposed to trust this app with my bank account information?!? It doesn't consistently even log me in to my Rocky Mountain Power account... complains that that is false info. iFactor Consulting must be pretty rinky dink.
Doesn't work App just doesn't work. Can't make a payment. If the only thing it's good for is being a flashlight I don't want a flashlight I have a flashlight and why does it need to take video. Ridiculous POS. Uninstalling.
Couldn't get logged in I use a password manager and the app will not allow me to paste in my password! Sorry but I'm not going to try to type a 26 character random password everytime I want to use the app. It's now deleted!
Hoped for more The app should at least have functionality of website. Ex., Every bill I compare usage from same month previous 2 years. Not available on app. I want an app to help me manage usage during the billing cycle. Let me scan or input periodic usage from meter and know how I'm doing for the month, my estimated bill, current usage compared to same month previous year.
Video, seriously? Why does this app want to record video? Let's me pay but gives little other info. Pretty useless. Uninstalled.
