Been using the app for a very long time. Haven't had any issues except for one and it's very persistent. Rocky mountain power. Why bother having the option to login to my account if you ask for the damn password each time. I keep getting the "please login to use biometrics" or something like that message every time. Please allow fingerprints without passwords please.

The app is total garbage. The user interface is terrible and I'm required to reset my password on a monthly basis. Also the fingerprint login feature has been broken for 3+ years. Unfortunately they have a monopoly so I have no choice but to stick with this company as long as I live at my current address.

I'm surprised payments are recorded along with usage given that fingerprint authentication is broken. Why offer a feature when you don't actually take the time to properly implement it? Given how much RMP charges for electricity I would have guessed they have the funds to pay for a functioning app.
