- View the interactive outage map, complete with area weather, regional outage information, and restoration information
- Check outage status and track restoration progress
- Report a power outage
- See status of specific outages, including estimated restoration times
- Search the outage map by address
- Know when a crew is on site working to repair the outage

- Sign up for and manage in-app push notifications for billing reminders or outage events

Ratings and reviews

All this tech stuff is very confusing for someone who doesn't know how - easy for people who're used to it. I Think I'm signed up 4 Alerts, but this has taken 20 minutes. "Go online, it's fast and easy. And only takes 4 or 5 times as long as a telephone call. Easy 4 you. Hopefully, I'll get texts and phone calls.

This app is a JOKE. It works maybe 10% of the time. It NEVER works when your bill is due, which is bizarre. I've been trying to monitor my air conditioning use and I haven't been able to even open the thing. Fingerprint sign in used to work. Now it doesn't. So I enter my password and the app "times out" after a frustrating wait. Hey, Avista, I'd love to save you some trees, but you won't let me pay electronically. This is the only paper bill I get and I have been unable to fix that.

this is one of the most user friendly apps that I have ever used. Quick and simple paying my bill.
