1. THE IF — A CONDITIONAL, HIDDEN MESSAGE
Send an IF to someone you can't stop thinking about — on IF, or to someone who isn't on IF yet, by email, phone number, or @ handle. It isn't delivered like a DM. It waits, sealed and private — your name and your message stay hidden — and it only ever opens IF:
• you become single, or
• they become single, or
• you both do.
Whatever your status, whatever theirs, your IF waits until the time is right. And if the timing never comes? No one ever knows. Quietly, always.

2. YOU CONTROL THE REVEAL
Every reveal waits for you. If you become single last, changing your status is what starts it. If they become single first, you get 24 hours to approve the reveal — or quietly withdraw. Nothing happens without your say-so.

3. NEEDS / WANTS — FILTER, RANK, SPLIT
Filters you don't just apply. Rank them by importance, then split the list into Needs (non-negotiable) and Wants (nice-to-have). Your deck is built from what actually matters to you, in the order it matters.

4. MAKE IT IF OFFICIAL
IF is the dating app with a relationship status. When you find your person, update your status — your likes, IFs, and chats are cleared so you can focus on them. Keep your account, though: an IF can still find you. Just in case.
