About this app

Log in using your SIRE veterinary space created on the website www.ifce.fr to access the procedures available for your profile.

⚠ The currently available module allows:
• Veterinarians and equine identifiers must make the field identification declaration (report) to the SIRE (IFCE), of a blood or draft foal.
• Veterinarians to register an exclusion for the consumption of an equine in the SIRE database (IFCE)

IDENTIFICATION
Zero paper and less delays! A true all-terrain application that guarantees you reliable and secure information:
1. Identity verified: Use your Bluetooth chip reader to verify the identity of the mother and the transponder number placed on the foal. Or photograph the barcodes (transponder or SIRE number) for easier entry.
2. Tactile reporting: draw the graphic description of the equine on the screen, and use the automatic white mark detection tool, the application will record everything!
3. Interactive: the references entered are verified, and the application indicates any blood samples to be taken.
4. No more forgetting: You are notified if the form is incomplete, which avoids reminders from SIRE for forgotten data.
5. Fast & economical: No need to send your forms by mail, your reports are directly transmitted to the SIRE.
6. Easy follow-up: Once your report has been submitted, you will receive a copy of it and the analysis request completed in full. Before going to the post office to send your blood samples, all you have to do is print out all of your requests! The birther is also informed by e-mail if he is known to the SIRE services.

EXCLUSION TO CONSUMPTION
In order to protect the consumer, it is the responsibility of the treating veterinarian to permanently or temporarily exclude equines from human consumption in the SIRE database and on the “drug treatment” sheet of the identification document in the case of administration of certain medications making it unfit for consumption.

Thanks to the @SIRE application, register an exclusion in just a few clicks:
• Guided and secure approach thanks to SIRE data: check the data as you enter it (in real time in connected mode)
• Limited risk of identity error with the use of a Bluetooth reader: Connecting a transponder reader with the mobile application makes it possible to directly trace the identity of the equine without risk of error in the registration of the exclusion, a vital asset when we know that the registration of an exclusion is a definitive act.
• Total mobility (even offline)

FURTHER INFORMATION
• The application even works offline, sending to SIRE will then be finalized once the connection is re-established.
• Help screens are available to assist you.
• Using a stylus for drawing is recommended

ACCESS CONDITIONS
• Available for all identifiers with a SIRE Space on the site www.ifce.fr
• Download available for devices with a recent, non-light operating system
• Interface adapted to tablets and smartphones
