About this app

Shared groceries getting messy? Whose card paid the rent and the internet, who covered the guest's pizza, who owes whom at the end of the month? Evdes keeps track for you.

SCAN A RECEIPT, SPLIT THE ITEMS
Snap a grocery receipt and Evdes reads the items offline, right on your phone. Bread for everyone, coffee for the two of you, chocolate just for you. Next time it remembers who usually takes what.

NEVER MISS A BILL
Rent, power, water, gas, internet, building fees, subscriptions. Reminders before the due date, only for the people who share that bill. Evdes reads the amount and due date from a photo of the bill. Once paid, everyone's share is calculated automatically; you can even split rent by room size.

GUESTS INCLUDED
Did the host cover the friend who came for dinner, does the house split it, or did they pay cash? Save regular guests once and add them with one tap. Reports show how much each guest cost.

EVERYONE SEES ONLY WHAT INVOLVES THEM
An expense or payment between two housemates stays hidden from the third, with no notification. Prefer full transparency? Switch the home to "everyone sees everything".

SETTLE UP ON YOUR DAY
Pick your cut-off day. The period closes and Evdes shows who pays whom. Tap "I paid" and your housemate confirms. Unpaid balances carry over.

EVERYTHING ON RECORD
Who added, edited or deleted what and when; it's all in the history. Comment on an expense or raise a dispute.

AND MORE
Shared shopping list, personal budget, category and per-person reports, multiple homes, seven languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish). Works offline and syncs when you're back online.

A clean Bauhaus-inspired design where colour always means something: green you're owed, red you owe.

ADD IT IN ONE SENTENCE
Type or say "pizza 32 half with Alex"; the amount, category, payer and split fill in by themselves. Offline, on your phone.

NOTHING SLIPS BY
Open the app and see what was added while you were away; get an evening summary of the day. Awkward to ask for your money? Tap "Remind" and a ready-made card and message go out via WhatsApp. You can also pay part of a debt.

ASK EVDEŞ
"What did we spend most on?", "Who do I owe?", "Next bill?" One tap, one answer.

CHORES, INSTALMENTS, RECURRING EXPENSES
Bins, dishes and cleaning take turns; instalment purchases spread month by month; recurring expenses add themselves. A home screen widget shows your balance.

PREMIUM
No ads, unlimited receipt scans, automatic item assignment, price history and store comparison, monthly trend reports, CSV export for Excel, multiple homes and unlimited split presets. Payment receipts, photos on expenses and comparison with the last period are Premium too.

INVITE LINK AND ITEM-BY-ITEM ENTRY
Send your flatmate a single link; one tap and they join the home. No receipt? Type the items yourself and pick who shares each one. Collect bills like rent before the cutoff: everyone pays their share in advance and you pay on the due date.

What’s new

New: push notifications. Get notified right away when a flatmate adds an expense or reports a payment to you, and when a payment you sent is confirmed. You can turn notifications off in your phone settings.
