great app. works very well and is very convenient. there is room for improvement in mobile check deposit, as the program can't always read the date or signature- if you "look at picture" and then "keep picture" it doesn't seem to have the problem a 2nd time. would be nice if it didn't have this problem on the first time around. Thanks!

I've been utilizing this app since 2013 aaaaand I wish all of my apps were as simple, clean, functional, and easy to navigate as USE Credit Union's app. My life would be a lot simpler and I'd have more time on my hands. The fingerprint scanner log in is the icing on the cake. Don't change a thing, devs. Don't "fix" something that isn't broken. Cheers. 👍

Like too many app programmers they keep changing the interface. They apparently think their customers are children, constanty in need of diversion. The changes offer no discernible improvement (often quite the opposite), they just re- arrange the buttons and change the colors, which wastes the user's time as they now have to re-learn how to do work they were already accomplishing, while offering no return on that investment of time.
