It's not awful, but it's not great. It's definitely lagging behind when it compares to current features in other banks/credit unions. I can't even see my card info in the app. I can't lock/freeze or do anything regarding my card. I also couldn't even activate my card in the app. I had to call just to get my account and routing number for direct deposit. It should be simple to just find it in the app. Please get with the times. The app would be fantastic if it we were in the year 2009.

Don't know if it's the bank, the app or both. It's awful! The system was down for a few days. Want able to access account at all. It was locked up. I've had bills to be pumped off automatic draft. Wasn't informed of issues. You're not able to add other accounts to move money to them. Other banks will asks you to pull money, but not the other way around. Moving all monies to another institute.

Declining. This app has gotten so slow to open and many times just off line and not working at all. Update: is worse now. Since I first reviewed the app Its gotten slower! It literally can take 10 minutes to open. I have removed & reinstalled & I constantly check for updates (there never are any). All my other banking apps run properly. I don't get the problem. There also should be options to lock your cards-ALL other banking apps have it.
