The app is difficult to navigate. Setting up money out. You can't see the calendar to have a visual reminder of when each bill is due. I should be able to go in and click on a calendar and see what I have scheduled out and scheduled in.

This new company that has taken over MCEFCU in my opinion sucks. You need to take it back to the original format and leave it alone. Your web developer is lacking in many ways. Also I have noticed that the bill pay takes longer to process than before. It seems like everytime there is a takeover the new company thinks their new way of doing things is better than the company they took over and make changes without input from the members that have been using it for years. No member input. Sad.

I ❤️ the access of this app. Being able to check my account and sometimes instantly disputing a charge, makes life easier. The only complaint I have is that the text inquiry always has the message of "SkyPoint FCU: Sorry the service is not available now. Pls try again later. Reply HELP for help" Which needs to be addressed bt SFCU.
