The app is good with solid security protocols. However, mobile deposit is annoying. If you don't word the back exactly as they want then it gets kicked out. I filled my check out before depositing and had the the words, "For deposit with Citizens National Bank only". Their system kicks it out because it doesn't say "Mobile deposit for citizens national Bank" or something to that effect. Super frustrating.

It's really a great bank to use and work with. Their friendly staff is just excellent and very helpful.

balances of current and available seem to change often and gets stressful and confusing. Also, app uses too many caracters to describe a transaction line. then you can't get any more info about that particular transaction like you can with hand written checks. Most sellers financial account names are TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the name of the entity you thought you purchased from, (when trying to figure out what was purchased, and where your money went..)
