• Find your closest branch or ATM

* Apple devices with iOS 8.1 or higher and Android devices with versions 4.1 or higher.
** For iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro, and the iPad Mini 3 and iPad Mini 4 only.
*** We are required by federal regulations to limit the number of preauthorized, automatic, telephone, facsimile, and computerized transfers from statement savings accounts and money market accounts to other accounts of yours or to third parties. For statement savings accounts and money market accounts, the limit is six per calendar month.

In general, works great. Mobile deposit experience is quite smooth. The one thing keeping me from 5 stars is the inability to include a memo on bill pay checks from the app (it's a feature on the desktop site). Not having a memo defeats the purpose for me as my landlord and other recipients insist on a memo for organization...and besides, it's a basic check feature since ever. Otherwise great app.

CSB has been my bank for years, and remains so even after moving to the west coast. Great customer service, super helpful and efficient employees, and this app is just as easy to use as their website. A+++

Worst UX of any banking app I've seen in the past ten years. The Card Control feature is non functional: that means you can't access your money when you need to. Absolute zero stars if I could. Here is a screenshot of Card Control. The team responsible for this feature should be held accountable. It is non functional since the "upgrade." Imagine being stuck at the cashier with a line behind you while failing to change the spend limits on this thing. "You had one job" CSB app team.
