The mobile checking is terrible. Everything else is fine. Edited on 3/6/25: They changed the app at some point, and now it crashes often or doesn't load. The biometrics refuse to work and I often have to close the program, reopen it, and put in my password. It's highly annoying. I'm probably switching banks.

It's kind of hard to know exactly how much money u can use when online shopping because the numbers don't seem to update frequently enough. I've had many overdraft fees because of this. Just make the app show what u can use immediately and update those numbers more frequently and please consider adding some kind of overdraft prevention measures. Paying 35 dollars for a 1 dollar overdraft is just robbery.

Mobile deposit is absolutely terrible - taking pictures of the back of checks doesn't work most of the time, and I have to often spend more than an hour trying to get the app to accept a picture. My circumstances mean that I have to rely on this app - but its complete failure at this simple task has me at my wit's end. I had no problem with my previous bank's app, but ever since Cambridge Savings Bank took it over, I've had nothing but trouble with mobile deposit.
