Had newly scheduled monthly bills and none remained scheduled and were not paid automatically. This is VERY BAD! Also cannot find a confirmation number. Cannot see an entire page on tablet like I am able to with a laptop computer. Each upgrade to your system seems to make banking w/ you more user UNFRIENDLY.
Transfer issues. Sometimes it will not let me transfer it says "Application Error, We are unable to display your information at this time. Please try again later." Definitely screwed me over a few times.
Makes my life easier Love the mobile deposit feature, so easy. I travel a lot to areas there are no branches available... Problem solved.
Its pretty good. Sometimes when I go to bill pay, it tells me the app cannot process my request and try again later.
Great I log in just about every day. I don't have to spend a day balancing my checkbook anymore. And using my fingerprint means one less password to remember.
It's pretty darn perfect I miss the log out button at top of screen but other than that very user friendly.
