The app mostly helps me accomplish what I need. It still feels quite dated and has oddities that no one can help me with (for example instead of getting an email notification when I complete a transaction over a certain threshold, I get 3-10 emails all at once when I log into the app for transactions that happened days ago, rendering the notification functionality useless. No one can help me with that issue).

I'm getting really fed up with this app. It kicked me out of the app and now, after uninstalling and REINSTALLING it, it won't log me back in with my correct credentials... I've verified several times that I'm putting in the correct information, including BEING ABLE TO LOG IN ON MY COMPUTER... I want to know what's happening and for it to be fixed so I can get back to my app properly.

The app works as intended. The problem is kitsap credit union. For a bank that seemingly only has branches on the wa st islands (that require a ferry ride to reach), they make it very difficult to make my loan payment. There is a 15 dollar "convenience charge" to make a payment via debit card over the phone or online and insist you set up the app to avoid the charge. Once I set the app up, I realized that I couldn't make a debit payment through the app. 3 day wait for transfers is also rough.
