Had newly scheduled monthly bills and none remained scheduled and were not paid automatically. This is VERY BAD! Also cannot find a confirmation number. Cannot see an entire page on tablet like I am able to with a laptop computer. Each upgrade to your system seems to make banking w/ you more user UNFRIENDLY.
The app works beautifully. I'm glad they do mobile deposit now (they were a little behind, say, Navy Federal CU getting that feature). I wish i could transfer from my account to my wife's at Navy Fed, though, that's kind of annoying. Still, good solid app.
Transfer issues. Sometimes it will not let me transfer it says "Application Error, We are unable to display your information at this time. Please try again later." Definitely screwed me over a few times.
Makes my life easier Love the mobile deposit feature, so easy. I travel a lot to areas there are no branches available... Problem solved.
Its pretty good. Sometimes when I go to bill pay, it tells me the app cannot process my request and try again later.
Easy and clear to use. It will glitch occasionally when trying to deposit by phone, but handy and clean overall. I do have a Marshmallow device, but I can't track down how to use fingerprint ID.
Announcing Android Fingerprint support! If you have an Android Marshmallow device and it has a fingerprint sensor then say good bye to having to enter your password.
