toolbars not relateable...transfer doesn't make sense used to mean transferring funds between accts, could not figure out easily how to pay a bill or chg amount to an auto pay acct cust svc sent me to website also not easy to find acct info without a 2nd call this time to helpful branch mgr.

Had them for years now wouldn't change. They are not your normal bank or credit union. They take customer service extremely serious and would bank on them in my most dire circumstances.
