App used to work but no longer does. I log in like normal and it just stays on the loading screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling... doesn't work. The only way I have access is through the website or physical location. App is useless.

It takes far too long to log in with this version. Please fix this. I've been a loyal Member One customer for years, and not being able to use the app quickly is a real issue. Update needed. I'll adjust my review on update if I'm able, as I've been nothing but happy until this point.

I've been using this app for many, many months, using a fingerprint scanner to log into my account. Now, it's taken the fingerprint scanner login option away completely, and I have no way of accessing my account now. (I've lost the number linked to the account) so theyve basically just made this app useless for me.
