This app is terrible! I have had consistent problems with mobile check deposit, first saying that the photo was always too dark, no matter the lighting, forcing me to spend 15-30 minutes taking the picture over and over before it would take. No it says that a corner appears to be folded or torn, although the check is pristine, and will not take the photo at all. I've tried multiple phones, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Now I can't get my money deposited at all. Zero stars!!

This app is very buggy, and there's no clear way to leave bug reports. From scanning a check to entering an address for a payee, you can get untrapped errors that refer to system variables, or messages that say to "try again later". Try to enter anything other than a very short address for example and get "Add Payee Error Length validation failed: Address1". It's inexcusable for a banking app to be this rough around the edges. I'd have left this as private app feedback, but where?

App kept asking me to rate it, finally I do, and I learn that I actually already had rated it, in 2014. For the annoyance, I dropped my rating by a star, and this will repeat as needed: Stop with the annoying rating-request pop-ups after I've already rated the app! Down to ⭐⭐⭐, I wonder if anyone will notice. Jun'23, ⭐⭐ Nov'23 ⭐. Feb'24, can't go lower.Mar'24.Jan'25.Apr'25.May'25.Oct'25.
