Biggest use for any mobile bank app for me is mobile deposit. This app sucks at that. 99% of the time it rejects it saying there is no endorsement. Everytime the check is endorsed. I then just turn around and deposit the check in my other bank whose app never had issues with mobile deposit. I live in a rural area, and this issue is frustrating enough that I'm considering changing banks. Most of my clients pay by check, it would be nice if I could easily put those checks into that account

For check deposit, the app lowers picture quality so much the checks are blurry and hard to read, then sometimes the pictures get rejected.

Everyone is very helpful, and all of my transactions are smooth.
