I feel as though the banking app is outdated. Every time I want to log in to my account, I have to type in my password. I don't see an option for biometrics to use my fingerprint. Also, they do not have the option to transfer money to someone via zelle. I didn't know this beforehand, and I use it often, which is a little annoying. And I can't tap in store with my bank card. Sometimes, I find that option to be more convenient than using my phone for Samsung wallet.

Overall, the app is very convenient. It allows nearly full control. However, the check depositing feature needs serious improvement, as the "endorsement" validation is very problematic. It just took me 20 minutes to get the right angle where the program accepted the picture.

So easy. I continue to be impressed with Point Breeze. Their in person and phone customer service are also excellent.
