Most times, it works fine once you navigate the app and find all the features. Mobile deposit can get irritating because it's very sensitive, and pictures taken might not be what the app wants, even if it's clear and the entire check is visible. Besides the hit or miss for mobile deposit, the app works pretty well.

Their latest "unavailable for maintenance" session, on Saturday Jan 16 to January 17 screwed up this app. It no longer shows Available and Current balances, but just the Current number, for both! If you're used to trusting those numbers you might not check, for "post pending" amounts. Disaster, if you bounce a check! I'm hoping this isn't a feature not a bug from their point of view. BofA saw churned fees as a feature, that's why I dumped *them*.

I was trying to deposit a check from my Android phone so I was talking to NICU on speaker phone to help me through it and while I was able to log in fine, I couldn't access the menu to do the mobile deposit because the speaker phone square window was directly covering the NICU 3 bar menu. After hanging up, I was able to access the menu and the app worked perfectly. The guy on the phone did say to write mobile under my name endorsement on the back of the check and I'm glad he told me to do that.
