The app gives me a lot of problems. now it's telling me I have to reset my password but it keeps spinning me in circles and every password I try to do following what the guidelines are for their password. it keeps telling me that I've already had that password even when I haven't because it's a completely new made-up password. every time I go to the bank to use the machines it literally takes forever as the machine spits half the money back out repeatedly. the customer service is great?

It would be very helpful to have a column for cleared checks next to checks issued and automatic withdrawal. Especially helpful when closing one account, opening another at the same time as automatic withdrawals are pending, AND having to get a new phone which doesn't function the same way an iPhone does. Not to mention new debit and credit cards. It has all been overwhelming. I expected people to be more helpful and knowledgeable. Help was basic. I expected Above/beyond. Getting too big?

The display, accessing accounts, transferring, everything inside the app works great and easy to find and use. The reason I took away 2 stars is because every so often I have a problem with logging in. Don't know if it's Google or the app but it doesn't allow my fingerprint and my password doesn't work. The most frustrating part of this process is the fact that to go through password reset, they require your old password? So everyone I have to call to reset, please fix this.
