Staff is always friendly. Getting what you need on NOVA, the automated answering service is not good at all, and it is not easy to talk to someone in person.

Made me change my password to something 40 characters long with the blood of my firstborn. then the next day I was locked out after I mistyped it ONCE. I can't get it to reset. it requires 2 different phone calls and so much time. This was the push I need to just completely close down this account.

This app has never opened for me. If I am basically required to do online banking, and therefore use an app, I should be able to create my own account information not have to have shared log-in information with my husband. It rarely works on his phone, and has never worked on mine. Update: I still strongly dislike this app. Even with using shared account information, I still have to call to get approval to log-in almost every time.
