Ratings and reviews

This is a terrible app for finances. The balances don't update for hours, sometimes just leaving you guessing how much money you have in an account. After midnight, the balances will be all over the place, sometimes showing a negative balance for no reason. Making a simple transfer to another pen air member can take days. I can't see or handle my joint accounts with my own login, I was told I had to make a separate online account for my joint accounts. Pen Air has gone down the tubes.

Not sure what's going on but the last 6 months the app I have had many issues with my app. I can't transfer money between my accounts sometimes, can't use bill pay, can't see my previous transactions, and sometimes when I log in everything is blank. It use to be a great app and never had issues. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. New update hate the new look. It's not as user friendly either now.

It's reasonably functional...works most of the time but when it doesn't work it picks the worst times (when I NEED to transfer money to another acct). Many banks now allow sub accounts within a customer's account that money can be transferred to (vacation, healthcare, etc.) Pen Air PLEASE get on board with this. I keep coming back hoping there is an update. The money mgmt is not helpful and is honestly too much to figure out. A simple sub account labeled "Bills" would be more than enough.
