Ratings and reviews

The only trouble so far has been when they have done unscheduled maintenance without any warning. Heck, just send a mass email a few hours or a day ahead of it so people know they won't be able to access their accounts for a time. Overall, it is very convenient and free of trouble, it is nice to be able to deposit checks on the go and if it has been consistently from the same source it goes into the account in minutes and you can proceed to spending it forthwith.

It's not terrible at all. Overall it's a good layout, however, I don't know if it's when it updates, but it turns off my fingerprint scanner from time to time. I then have to dig for my password, which I know isn't a huge deal, but it is annoying that it changes my settings without my consent. Please fix.

Bill pay, money transfer, account settings aren't easy to navigate, the options of what you can do through the app is good, although I wish you could order the free checks provided by the bank, and that there was a high interest savings account available. I'm moving my money.
