I absolutely hate whatever the hell is speaking when I try to take any picture for mobile deposit. I never had this problem before, and suddenly there was an update and a whole day where the system is down and now there is this god awful change that is HIGHLY disruptive and infuriating for the non-neurotypical. There MUST be a way to disable it. It repeats every single time the photo mode is opened within the app and has to be repeated when the auto capture takes a bad photo.

Probably one of the worst or the worst banking app I've ever experienced. That's just the app. Don't get me started on the bank itself. The app is the worst it's constantly getting its services shut down so you can't log in and deposit checks online. Also the checks take waaaaayyyy to long to deposit. I've had banking apps with smaller town banks that are faster and responsive and seem to actually care. This app is nothing like that. Highly disappointed move to a different bank. I promise

Takes an unreasonable amount of time to show balance updates, often 8+ hours. This wasn't an issue prior to the GWB buy-out. The app will crash when trying to log in during peak hours. Good luck checking your accounts Friday morning. This app's functionality is dated, very bare-bones. Have a credit account? There is no way to transfer funds or make a payment with the app, even if you also have a checking account with them.
