Genuinely awful to use at times. I've had this app through several iterations over the past decade and it has just gotten progressively worse. Opening the app for the first time still has me clicking through 4-6 "session timed out" pop-ups before I get to sign in, and then half the time I get through, I'm kicked straight back out with 3-4 MORE timed out pop-ups. When I do get in, it's another 50/50 whether my accounts actually show up and display my balance. Y'all can do better.

Rated 3 stars because the transfer function doesn't work. Also, if you don't restart the app, when you go to sign in next time there is a pop-up that says "you've been logged out due to inactivity." It pops up four times and after I've logged back in, nothing shows. I have to exit the app, restart it every time to log in just to be able to look at my bank account.

This app all of a sudden just stopped working. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling and it keeps giving me a technical error message. Got with 3 customer agents and they were unable to get me registered even online in order for me to view my account. Finally after so many attempts, (along with the assistance of multiple customer agents) I was locked out of my online and app accounts. I'm deleting this app for good and I'm having to use the automated phone system.
