I liked it better when is was simply a bank app. I'm here for business and I don't really care much for all of the greetings. I do not use the app for pleasant interaction... I use it to manage my money. if you have suggestions just send an email. Please just keep the app simple and straight forward.. Maybe give an option... extra mushy or straight to business... I'd be willing to bet that 90% of your clients would choose Straight to Business. I do not use the banking app to be friendly.

I love this app but it has one huge flaw. Online purchases and some in-person purchases can take forever to show up on your account which makes it really hard to budget when you live paycheck to paycheck like most Americans these days. It's even worse if you made a large purchase because it can take a week to process and show which can mess up everything. The latest update is so slow.

Biometric log in randomly stops working and can't be fixed until you do a full uninstall and reinstall. May have been fixed as I haven't ran into it lately, but now the app crashes on boot up everytime you open it if you didn't sign out before closing the last time. Honestly, the app is just a mess and the worse of the three banking apps I have.
