This app is terrible! I love the bank, but this app AND the computer access crashes at least once a week. Meaning you can only see how much is in your account by calling in. A bank of this size should not be having this problem continually. This has been going on for 6+ months. Very frustrating! Has left me in a situation where I didn't know if I had enough money multiple times.

When the app works, it does what I need it to, and I don't have many complaints, aside from the slow load time. But the app has a habit of crashing or saying "We cannot display your information at this time." These have been issues since I downloaded this app years ago (I believe back in 2017). The second issue about not being able to see my bank information can last hours, sometimes days. That's a huge problem when I need to see my funds and am not near my computer. Please fix this issue ASAP!

Lots of problems terrible app I just updated this I had it at two stars just changed it to one. I actually opened up another checking account because of this Bank. If I didn't have 90% of my bills linked to this account I would close it and be done with it. They don't offer two day early direct deposit like almost every other bank. it takes a while to get your checks mobile deposited and that's if they even go through at all. Their system is flawed when you use this mobile deposit feature.
