Used the PNW app for mobile deposit for the first time today. So far the process is easier than my previous bank. When the check is centered as it should be, the camera automatically takes the photo. I like not having to adjust the check to get a good shot and wondering if it went through and will show up correctly. So far so good. After using the app for quite some time, I'm updating from 4 **** to 5; I love it! It reminds you to check photos, endorsement, and to write for mobile deposit. 😊

Been using this bank since high-school, and same with their app, very useful! only downside is my direct deposit never actually deposits midnight, i have to wait until someone's in the building to confirm the deposit, and that usually takes half or all day.

fails to log on several times and doesn't load right must log on a couple times after that. app went to trash
